Produced exclusively from the Sitian olive grove, quite possibly the oldest in Greece. Almost all the farmers in the region, nearly 8,000, are hard at work to make that happen. Olive farmers for generations and some younger ones that have turned their full attention to farm the blessed earth.
Altogether they farm the highly exceptional Koroneiki variety, which produces an olive oil unique to any other anywhere else in Greece.
